About us

It's not just about the devices —
it's about the deployments.

JACS Solutions is a global provider of custom connectivity solutions for industrial and enterprise IoT applications. We partner with clients to design, manufacture, and deploy connected devices that make essential business operations smarter, more reliable, and more efficient.

Our Mission

Engineered, never assembled.

We build custom devices end-to-end — hardware, firmware, OS image, certification — so off-the-shelf compromises never reach your operations.

Our Vision

The connective tissue of industry.

To be the partner enterprises trust between physical operations and the networks they depend on — at any scale, on any continent.

Why JACS

The future of connected industry starts with engineering.

Consumer-grade devices fail in industrial environments. Off-the-shelf firmware leaves security gaps. JACS engineers around those problems instead of around them.

Client stories

Innovation that matters.

"JACS plug-and-play connectivity kept our fleet of patient monitors online through 3G sunset — without a forklift upgrade."

Brooklyn Simmons VP Operations · Healthcare

"They sat in our plant for two days, redesigned the device, and shipped a custom build that just works on our private LTE network."

Cameron Williamson Plant Manager · Industrial

"From the first prototype to the millionth field unit, JACS has stayed responsive, opinionated, and engineering-led."

Arlene McCoy CTO · Logistics

"TAA-compliant, multi-carrier certified, ready to deploy. JACS was the only vendor that delivered on every box."

Marvin Diaz Director · Public Sector

"We replaced consumer-grade tablets with locked-down JACS units across 1,200 store kiosks. Reliability went from 92% to 99.97%."

Courtney Henry Director of IT · Retail

"Our 1:1 program rolled out across 18 schools without a single device-level support ticket in the first quarter."

FAQ

Leading the way in enterprise IoT.

Most-asked questions from procurement, IT, and engineering leads — answered.

Ask us anything →
01 What does JACS Solutions actually do?

We design, manufacture, and deploy custom IoT devices and connectivity for enterprise and industrial use. We specialize in cellular, Wi-Fi, and Private LTE — building locked-down hardware and firmware that consumer-grade products can't match.

02 How is JACS different from buying off-the-shelf?

Off-the-shelf devices are built for the lowest common denominator. JACS engineers solutions to your exact spec — encrypted firmware, controlled OTA, custom certifications, branded packaging, lifecycle support that lasts the deployment, not the warranty period.

03 Are JACS devices TAA-compliant?

Yes. We offer TAA-compliant manufacturing for federal, public sector, and government customers. Devices are also certifiable across AT&T, T-Mobile, Verizon, USCC Business, and OnGo (CBRS).

04 What's the minimum order quantity for a custom device?

It depends on customization depth. Pilots typically start at 50–500 units; production volumes run 5,000+. Branding and OS-image-level customization is available at lower volumes.

05 How long does a typical project take?

Most pilots run 8–14 weeks from kickoff to deployed units, depending on customization depth and certification scope. Production rollouts schedule around your network and logistics windows.
